The marketplace

Compliance Compare introduces buyers and providers. The marketplace transaction is an introduction/RFQ — not a purchase. Any agreement you reach with a provider is between you and that provider.

Prohibited claims

We do not use terms like "regulator approved", "AUSTRAC approved", "NDIS approved", "guaranteed compliant", "audit proof" or "certified compliant" unless a claim has a precise legitimate official meaning and evidence.
